7Hills Store ships with DHL and GLS express courier.
The delivery of the goods takes place within 24/48 hours from the fulfillment of the order and from the consequent collection by the courier, which is carried out from Monday to Friday before 17.00.
By ordering before 1.00 pm, from Monday to Thursday inclusive, your order will be processed the same day and delivered within the following 24/48 hours.
Orders placed on Friday will instead be processed on the following Monday.
Before accepting the package, it is the customer's right/duty to check its integrity, accepting it with reserve in case of anomalies in the packaging.
The preferred delivery time is indicative and may not be respected by the courier.

DHL EXPRESS €10.00
GLS STANDARD €6.00
For orders over € 50.00 , shipping costs are free via GLS.
In case of payment with cash on delivery , a supplement of € 8.00 will be added to the shipping price.

RETURNS
You have the option to withdraw from the purchase within 15 working days (from Monday to Saturday) of the purchase.
During the promotional period (Seasonal Sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday...) and for the TOP Five Deals collection, returns are not accepted for products with discounts starting from 40% (inclusive).
It will only be possible to exchange the size or products of equal amounts with the shipping and return costs charged to the Customer.
