Real Bad Man

Real Bad Man is a brand founded in California by Adam Weissman (art director for Study, Union and Undefeated) and graphic designer Noah Butkis.
Born with the idea to produce bootleg merchandising for bands, the brand quickly grew to become what it is now: a label that takes inspiration and samples elements from the music world and pop culture. Besides apparel, RBM also produces mixtapes and 7” records, initially released with every new collection.
The logo, which depicts a criminal selling watches, reflects the approach of the brand's team: “stealing art that exists in the world and turning that into something else, and trying to sell it”.
Every person collaborating with RBM is a creative who has been part of the circle since the beginning. Some make music, some deejay, some illustrate. Weissman remains the art director of the brand, which was founded because of his desire to be the director for his own personal project and not just for other companies.
