Did you purchase a product from 7Hills Store but changed your mind?
You can return it within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Exceptions to the Return Policy

For the "Top 5 Deals" collection, offered at outlet prices, returns or exchanges are not allowed. All purchases from this collection are final.

We do not offer monetary refunds for products discounted starting from 40% and for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

For these purchases, a Gift Card of equal value will be issued, valid for 12 months.

Return Conditions
Before proceeding with a return, please ensure that:

The product is in the same condition as received, with original tags and packaging intact.

The return includes the entire product and not just parts of it.

Opened audiovisual or sealed products cannot be returned.
If the return does not meet these conditions, it will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs

The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of our error or a defective product.

Customers can choose their preferred courier unless otherwise specified by 7Hills Store.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service to avoid loss or disputes.

7Hills Store is not responsible for theft or damage occurring during return shipping.
Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the defect and the product with the tag still attached.

Once approved, you may return the product at no additional cost.

This policy does not apply to items discounted due to a clearly stated defect.
Non-Compliant Returns
If the returned product does not meet the return conditions, you must arrange for pickup at your expense within 30 days of our notification. If the product is not collected within this timeframe, it will be considered abandoned and disposed of without further obligations from us.
