You have the option to withdraw from the purchase within 15 working days (from Monday to Saturday) of the purchase.

During the promotional period (Seasonal Sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday...) we do not accept returns for products with discounts starting from 40% (inclusive).

In the subject of the email, write " Right of Withdrawal - Order No. 00XX " (the order number can be found on your accompanying invoice).

Wait for a confirmation email from us, which will contain instructions for returning the goods in question, which must be returned within 10 working days of the return confirmation email.
After a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the goods at the 7Hills Store warehouse, we will refund you the amount spent by bank transfer.
