    7Hills Roma offers the sale of streetwear and skateboarding products through its website. All products sold are original and come directly from their respective distributors or official manufacturers.

  2. Registration and Account
    To make a purchase, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for the use of your account. 7Hills Roma is not responsible for any unauthorized use of your account.

  3. Prices and Payments
    Product prices are listed in Euros and include VAT, unless otherwise specified. We accept various secure payment methods, which are detailed on the checkout page.

  4. Shipping and Delivery
    Shipping is carried out through selected couriers. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination and will be specified at the time of purchase.

  5. Right of Withdrawal
    You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the delivery date. The product must be returned in the same condition as received. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise indicated.

  6. Warranty and Claims
    All products are covered by warranty for defects in conformity. Any claims must be sent via email to customer@7hillsroma.com with photos and a description of the issue.

  7. Limitation of Liability
    7Hills Roma is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of the site or the purchase of unavailable products due to inventory errors.

  8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
    These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any disputes, the competent court is the Court of Rome.

  9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect when posted on the website.

  10. Obvious Pricing Errors
    In the event of obvious errors in the listed price of a product, 7Hills Roma reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid, even after the order has been confirmed.
