Flexible Delivery and Pickup Options

We offer our customers the option to schedule their order delivery through Flex Delivery or FermoPoint. After your purchase, you will receive an email from the shipping company with instructions on how to choose the most convenient day and time for delivery, or to select a pickup point near you.

Prefer to pick up your order in-store? You can choose the Pick Up at 7HILLS STORE option directly at checkout.

Delivery Times:

• Orders placed Monday through Thursday by 1:00 PM will be processed the same day and delivered within 24/48 hours.
• Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Shipping Costs within Italy:

• DHL EXPRESS: €15.00
• GLS FLEX DELIVERY: €6.00
• Free standard shipping on orders over €85.00.
• COD an additional €8.00 fee applies for cash on delivery (COD) orders.

Note: It is your right and duty as a customer to check the package's integrity upon delivery. If you notice any issues with the packaging, please accept it with a reservation.

7Hills Store ships all over Europe , through DHL Express, from Monday to Friday.
