Shipping policy

7Hills Store ships via express courier DHL and BRT, from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Rome.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the couriers and may vary depending on the destination, time of year, or exceptional events.


🇮🇹 Italy

Shipping and Delivery Times

  • Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 12:00 PM are normally handed over to the courier on the same working day.

  • Delivery is generally expected within 24/48 working hours.

  • Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM will be processed and shipped on the following Monday.

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on orders over €85.00.

  • BRT Express Courier: €6.00.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): €8.00 surcharge.

Delivery Options and Pick-Up Points

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a message from the courier with instructions to:

  • Schedule your delivery through the courier's available services.

  • Select a pick-up point through BRT FermoPoint where available.

In-Store Pick-Up

Would you rather collect your order directly from our store? Select "Pick up at 7Hills Roma" at checkout.

Your order will be available for collection at our store for 30 days from the availability confirmation.

If the order is not collected within this period, it will be considered unclaimed and the item may be returned to stock.

The amount already paid will be converted into a 7Hills Store Credit linked to your customer profile, usable for future purchases online and in-store.

Checking Your Package Upon Delivery

We recommend checking the condition of the package upon delivery. If you notice any damage or issues, accept the delivery with reservation and document any problems with photographs.


🇪🇺 Europe

We ship to all European Union countries via DHL Express, from Monday to Friday.

  • Delivery time: 2-7 working days.

  • Shipping cost: from €25.00.


🌍 Extra-EU Shipping and Customs

We ship to the main non-EU European countries via DHL Express.

Estimated delivery time: 3-8 working days, depending on the destination.

Some destinations may be excluded due to logistical or regulatory reasons. If your country is not available at checkout, we are unable to deliver there.

Customs Duties and Taxes

  • Any customs duties, taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • We always declare the actual value of purchased items, as required by applicable regulations.

  • We cannot modify the declared value to reduce customs charges.

Refusal of Delivery

If a delivery is refused for reasons not attributable to 7Hills Store, any costs incurred (shipping, return shipping or customs charges) may be deducted from the refund amount.

Remote Areas

DHL may apply additional surcharges for remote areas. If additional costs are required, our team will contact you before shipping.
