Drawing inspiration from '90s outdoor design, the AS-1 Pro combines durable, functional skate-inspired materials with trail-inspired colorways. Designed in collaboration with Alexis Sablone for Converse CONS, the sneaker fuses elements of Alexis's favorite cupsole silhouettes with details from the Converse archive, reinterpreting them in a unique silhouette.
The latest iteration of the AS-1 Pro features a mix of rugged Cordura® and textured suede uppers, with a speckled midsole and contrasting outsole. The design incorporates an innovative coring system for a close-to-board feel and added cushioning. The cupsole construction balances comfort and control, with a herringbone rubber outsole for added traction, a CX foam footbed for impact absorption, and TPU ollie inserts for durability.
