Scheduled Delivery & Pickup Options

We offer our customers the option to schedule delivery through Flex Delivery or FermoPoint. After purchasing, you will receive an email from the courier with instructions on how to:

  • Choose the most convenient delivery time and date.

  • Pick up your package at a designated pickup point.

Prefer to collect your order in-store? Choose “Pick up at 7HILLS STORE” at checkout.

⚠ You have 30 days to collect your order. After this period, the item will be restocked, and a Gift Card of equal value (valid for 1 year) will be issued.

Delivery Time

  • Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 1:00 PM are shipped the same day and delivered within 24-48 hours.

  • Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Shipping Costs in Italy

  • DHL Express: €15.00

  • BRT FermoPoint: €6.00

  • Free shipping for orders over €85.00.

  • COD Orders: €8.00 additional fee.

Important: Customers must check the package upon delivery and accept it with reservation if any packaging anomalies are detected.

Europe & Worldwide

7Hills Store ships across Europe & Worldwide from Monday to Friday using DHL Express.

  • Estimated delivery time: 5-15 business days.

  • International shipping costs start at €25.
