Scheduled Delivery and Pickup Options

We offer our customers the option to schedule their order deliveries through Flex Delivery or FermoPoint. After your purchase, you will receive an email from the shipping company with instructions to choose the most convenient day and time for delivery, or to pick up your package from a nearby collection point.

Prefer to pick up your order in-store? You can select the Pick up at 7HILLS STORE option at checkout.

Delivery Times:

• Orders placed Monday through Friday by 1:00 PM will be processed the same day, with delivery within 3 working days.
• Orders placed on Friday after 1:00 PM will be processed the following Monday.

Shipping Costs in Italy:

• DHL EXPRESS: €15.00 (delivery within 1 working day).
• GLS FLEX DELIVERY: €6.00.
• Free shipping for orders over €85.00.
• COD (Cash on Delivery): Additional charge of €8.00 for COD orders.

Important Note: It is the customer's right and responsibility to check the integrity of the package upon delivery. In case of any packaging anomalies, please accept the package with reservation.

7Hills Store ships all over Europe & Worldwide from Monday to Friday through DHL Express.

You will receive your order in about 5-15 working days, with shipping costs starting at €25.

Please note that in some cases, for remote areas, an additional €20 charge may apply.
