A little over a year ago I saw Matteo's video part " Grato" projected on the big screen. That day I understood that you have to go easy on the beers when his footage starts—the risk of suffocating while laughing or getting excited is real. But most of all, I understood that every opportunity to skate with friends is sacred.
If the occasion is also an excuse to film, even better. When you're in good company, the desire to do new tricks comes naturally. It's not so much about the end result, but the reason why you do it. And if the reason is your friends, a familiar bench and a few cold beers... everything is already perfect as it is.
No expectations, no poses: just a good session between friends, with the camera ready and a few flashes here and there. The most sincere video parts are born from these vibrations.
And it is precisely with that spirit that Matteo Botti's new part, released on Spacca , was born: "Rough, Strong and Eternal."
Filmed and edited by Simone Rocca , with the participation of Daniele Sessa and Gabriele Cristiano , it is a love letter to the concrete of Rome, to the commercials of home, and to the relationships that make everything more real.
