This new release is the result of a special collaboration between Nike SB and Albino & Preto, the martial arts-inspired streetwear brand founded by Chris Burns and Matt Benyon. Albino and Preto are two contrasting colors, off white and black, which find the perfect balance when they meet - a combination that has achieved much success in the world of streetwear.
The details of the shoe recall the traditional gi used in jiu-jitsu, such as the Pearl White canvas upper, contrasted by the Swoosh and the Preto-colored AP embroidery. This pair of sneakers hides a surprise: the upper and swoosh can be removed to reveal colored panels, or you can wait for the colors to appear with the wear of several skate seshes.
The dunks are placed in a paper bag and accompanied by laces of various colors that match the hidden panels.
